Refund Policy
This policy explains the Tnova subscription trial, monthly renewal, cancellation, and how refund requests are handled for purchases processed by Paddle.
Effective and last updated: August 31, 2026
1. 30-day subscription trial
Your 30-day subscription trial begins when you start an eligible Starter, Agency, or Pro subscription through Paddle Checkout. A payment method is required at checkout. No subscription fee is charged during the trial, but the subscription automatically converts to the selected paid monthly plan at the price shown during checkout when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Creating an account or workspace does not start a trial.
2. Monthly renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew monthly at the selected plan price, plus applicable taxes or other amounts disclosed at checkout. Cancel before the trial expires to prevent the first paid charge, or before the next renewal to prevent a future renewal charge. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid billing period, access normally continues until that period ends.
3. General refund rule
Paid subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms, Refund Policy, or consumer-protection requirements provide otherwise. We do not ordinarily issue credits for unused time, partial billing periods, reduced usage, or cancellation after a charge has been processed, but this does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
4. Paddle refund handling
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for purchases processed through Paddle Checkout and handles transaction-related refund requests and payment disputes in accordance with applicable law, buyer rights, and Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Paddle's role is limited to the order and payment relationship; Tnova remains responsible for product support.
5. Billing errors and refund requests
For a suspected duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charge, contact [email protected] as soon as possible and include the account email and Paddle transaction identifier. Do not include full payment-card details or passwords. You may also contact Paddle Buyer Support to request a refund through Paddle's refund process. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund; applicable law and Paddle's buyer terms and refund process govern the request.
6. How to cancel
Use Billing & subscription in your Tnova account, the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt, or the buyer portal. If you cannot access it, contact Tnova support before the applicable trial or renewal date. A cancellation stops future renewals when it takes effect; it does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been processed.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy for future purchases or renewals and will revise the effective date when we do. For questions, visit the Contact page or email [email protected].
